To motivate all members and boost the popularity of the section dedicated to technical exchanges in project management, this section has decided to resume the weekly award ceremony next week. Details of the event are as follows: 1. Eligibility: All members except the moderators of this section, including those who participate in technical discussions here； 2. Selection criteria: The moderators of this section evaluate the number and quality of posts posted by each member over a week, with recommendations from the technical discussants in this area. Note: This section places emphasis on the quality of posts; if only one post is made during the week, it will still be considered for selection as long as its quality meets the standards. 3. Punishment: Those who deliberately post excessive content in order to increase the quantity will be dealt with seriously. 4. Rewards: For those selected as the Weekly Star, the moderator of this section will award them points and charm points, one reward per week, totaling 5 charm points. An additional 1 charm is awarded for two consecutive times, and an additional 3 charms are awarded for three consecutive times. 5. In line with the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency, the selection results will include a link to that sea user’s remarks from this week. 6.
