2 sets of reverse osmosis units with a capacity of 45 m3/h should be sufficient, and there is also some margin. Of course, a larger size is better for production, but the investment is also higher.

This is related to the process used for producing caustic soda; is all the seal water pure water? Does the hydrochloric acid furnace use hot water or steam? If steam is generated, pure water needs to be added; if no steam is produced, less water is required. So you can first examine the upstream process to avoid significant deviations
For an ion-exchange membrane caustic plant with a capacity of 15 tons per day, 45 cubic meters of pure water should be sufficient; however, if expansion is planned in the future, it’s better to have a larger reserve. Some of this water is also needed for the hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace that uses by-product steam.
