We use membrane compressors from Jingcheng Environmental Protection; the working medium is high-purity hydrogen. The inlet pressure is required to be 0.5 MPa, with two stages of compression, and the outlet pressure reaches 20 MPa. The rated gas production capacity is 200 Nm3/h； The membrane press manufacturers have implemented interlock protection; that is, the machine stops operating when the inlet pressure falls below 0.4 MPa. Experts, is it possible to lower the interlock threshold for inlet pressure to 0.2 MPa? Thank you first!
If adjusted, the inlet pressure might be lower than the designed value； As the pressure ratio increases, the temperature rises. Efficiency will also decrease. Consult the manufacturer.
