Please share the model of the catalyst converter valve at the rear of the three-spin catalytic device, as well as information on its performance
Z41Y-40I model with 2 blowers – the performance isn’t very good; I’d like to switch to a different variety

Valves for catalyst pipelines, those with a vent valve! There’s a leak along the valve stem here; we’ve compressed the packing several times already.
The Z41H-40, Cr5Mo grade that we use for catalysis; I’ve asked them several times to switch to a version similar to Z41, one with purge holes, but they just refuse to do it. A good valve wasn’t used where it was needed.
The Z41Y-40PII works very well.

Reply to 7# JS7758: But on the catalyst pipeline, especially with hot catalyst, the Z41-style design without purge holes is not suitable; the main concern with catalyst pipelines is that the valves may not close properly, and they indeed tend to not close tightly.
We also use Z41Y-40 PII, with two purge holes
There is now another type of ball valve with a ceramic lining, which performs well for the transport of solid catalysts. Its key advantage is its wear resistance, and it also has good sealing properties; it’s worth giving it a try. Our device is used on conveyor lines for solid particles. The particle size is slightly larger than that of the catalyst, but it’s still around 100 microns.
I have also heard of this type of ceramic ball valve, and many manufacturers use it; however, the main issue is its high cost – the price for a DN50 unit exceeds 10,000!
