Help: 1. Does anyone know manufacturers that specialize in anti-discrimination processes, and those capable of using dichlorodihydrosilicon and silicon tetrachloride to produce trichlorosilane? It would be even better if such manufacturers have technical personnel available. 2. Does anyone know how to deal with dichlorodihydrosilicon with a purity of 70-99%?

Bro, there’s no need to be so obvious about it – it’s not a proprietary technology after all, so there’s no reason to do that. Only two sets of this have been built in China: the first one was developed by us, and the second one was made by DEI for GCL. Which company do you work for? It’s good to have skills, but it’s better to stay low-key.
Reply to 8# 123GO: I think it can be dealt with. I’m just not well-informed enough to know if there are any manufacturers in China that have conducted experiments in this area. If anyone has more developed ideas, it would be great if they could share them. Moreover, I believe this will become a problem for polysilicon in the future, and it’s even more troublesome than silicon tetrachloride was two years ago.

We are working on anti-discrimination measures; we use American process packages, with the equipment manufactured domestically. The process is quite simple – the key factor is the catalyst used, but I can’t go into too much detail on that.
