Bentley preamplifier issue

When installing the Bentley vibration probes, I did so based on the gap voltage, which was between 9-10V. Three of them were functioning normally, with the reading showing zero on the host computer; however, for the last probe, although the voltage was the same, the reading was 16um, which is clearly not appropriate. When measuring the circuit current in that probe, it was found to be 6mA, while the rest had a current of 4mA. After replacing the preamplifier, the readings on the host computer became normal. I would like to ask about the principle behind this: how is the signal conversion and display from the preamplifier to the card unit, and then to the host computer, set up and implemented?
I think the original poster isn’t using a 3500 model, but rather a probe or preamplifier with a 3300 rating, or some other preamplifier such as a Paris model; in that case, there might be an issue with the configuration of the preamplifier.
