There is such a system in our factory, used to send condensate to the pipeline network, but I don’t understand how it works, which makes me hesitant to operate it. The recovery of steam condensate is highly useful in today’s era of energy conservation and cost reduction; it not only enables the recovery of waste heat but also helps to reduce the costs associated with desalinated water, yielding excellent results. Generally, steam releases heat through a heater and turns into steam condensate, which then enters the steam condensate pipeline via a drain to be reused; it can also be pumped into pipelines through pumps for reuse. Steam condensate of the same grade is fed into one system to prevent adverse operations.
