Is a project manager considered a **recognized professional qualification?

Recently, an organization invited me to attend training and take the exam for Senior Project Manager. I’m not sure whether this certification constitutes a **recognized professional qualification
This is one of the four-level professional project management certification systems promoted worldwide by the International Project Management Association (IPMA). Similar to PMP, it is an internationally recognized project management certification. IPMP is a comprehensive assessment certificate of project managers’ knowledge, experience, and skill levels. Individuals who obtain IPMP project management certifications at various levels, based on the classification of IPMP certification tiers, will have the capability to handle large international projects, large and complex projects, moderately complex projects, or to work in professional project management roles. PMP is a certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the United States.
Does that mean China has not officially recognized such certificates?

**Acknowledged, but not yet universal.
It’s from the National Development and Reform Commission, and it has the same nature as a consultant. But it’s not registered online
It is internationally recognized; recognition in China still requires some time, I guess.
It’s not internationally standard, is that what you mean?
