May I ask, for the stairs in the urea granulation tower, is it better to use cast-in-place stairs or steel stairs? Thank you! !

It is poured on-site in one go; constructing it together with the granulation tower should not increase costs much compared to using a steel ladder. Steel ladders are prone to corrosion; they need to be treated regularly to prevent corrosion, and may need to be replaced after a certain period of time.
Pour it all at once on site. Although the initial investment is high, the long-term maintenance costs are low (the cost of anti-corrosion treatment for steel ladders is high).

Our factory’s workshops use steel ladders, while those in other companies I’ve visited use concrete ones.
If steel ladders are used for the stairs in a granulation tower, how often do these ladders need to be replaced?
We use steel ladders; they have been in use for 13 years without any repairs.
