Control of gases fed into the HCL synthesis furnace

All of them have flow regulation (except for the manual control in older systems); orifice plate flow meters are used, and the performance is quite good – accuracy is high as long as there is no water accumulation in winter
Reply to 1# *aoguxj: I think manual control is better; even our automatic systems don’t work well – we use orifice plates for hydrogen and rotors for chlorine
