However, the source of large amounts of hydrogen is large-scale chemical industries and oil refineries, and none of these manufacturing sectors exist without causing pollution. Perhaps the best way to reduce emissions and lower carbon levels is to return to the artisanal era. ;P
We can develop new processes to change the source of hydrogen, such as using solar energy for water electrolysis. Won’t President Hu say anything? Problems can only be solved through development: lol. Of course, this requires years of in-depth research in materials science, electrochemistry, and electrical engineering……
If the hydrogen comes from the chemical industry, it certainly isn’t low-carbon.
The key lies in technological progress – reducing existing energy-intensive and polluting production processes, and achieving low-carbon outcomes as well as energy savings through improved technological capabilities, rather than resorting to power cuts as is done nowadays.
Is the best way to reduce emissions and lower carbon levels returning to the artisanal era? What we are pursuing now is sustainable development, namely the coordinated development of the environment and the economy; we cannot reject development just in order to achieve a better environment
The reason for low carbon emissions is the greenhouse effect, and there is still much debate on this issue. What we can see is that Western developed countries have essentially moved past the era of high-energy-consuming industrial activities. If we follow the path suggested by the West, California’s fate will be China’s future.
