Dear friends, ladies and gentlemen: Hello everyone! The weather is getting colder in the country. While busy with daily life, it’s important to pay special attention to keeping warm, as health is the foundation for everything. Of course, the friends abroad, as well as those in outer space, are the same. Last weekend, I received the company’s end-of-year evaluation notice, and then it hit me that 2010 was coming to an end. One can’t help but marvel at how time flies and the years pass by so swiftly. The Foreign Language Section has undergone significant changes in recent months; there have been substantial shifts in its membership, both among the management team and among the active regular members. It’s truly the case that new generations take over from the older ones. Of course, what I hope to see even more is successors who excel beyond their predecessors. Whether they are \"newcomers\" or \"veterans\", the reason people spend so much of their free time browsing forums is to acquire knowledge and make friends. Throughout one’s life, we grow by supporting each other. A casual remark from you might help someone solve a problem, and perhaps it will earn you gratitude for a lifetime. Helping others is a source of happiness; offering others the opportunity to help you is also a delightful thing to do. Therefore, we hope everyone will actively participate in the exchanges, keeping in mind the slogan of the Foreign Language Section: We share, We learn, We progress! In line with the traditions of the Foreign Language Section, and to honor those who have contributed to its development, we are holding the 3rd edition of the 2010 awards for outstanding technical discussants, excellent moderators, and outstanding members! The selection event, which is supposed to be held quarterly, is arriving a bit late this time; we apologize for that. This time, 7 outstanding members will be selected. Among them, 2 outstanding moderators will receive the \"Haichuan Outstanding Moderator Medal\", while the other 5 will receive the \"Haichuan Outstanding Technical Medal\" and the \"Haichuan Outstanding Member Medal\" respectively. Members who have already received a certain medal will be awarded another one. Old and new friends from foreign language communities are welcome to participate actively! The specific format is as follows: (Spamming or copying others’ replies is strictly prohibited.)
