Strengthening of pressure pipeline branches

It is a situation where a pipe has an opening directly connected to a branch pipe, which reduces the strength of the pipe and requires reinforcement. GB50316 also contains provisions regarding the reinforcement of branch pipes (page 46, section 2.6). I would like to ask whether all pipe branches need to be reinforced, and how to determine this
