As the title says! Is it superheated at the same pressure or saturated?
The medium-pressure waste boiler that is designed to produce 2.5 MPa saturated steam does not have saturated steam available before startup; therefore, superheated steam of the same pressure grade is used for boiler cleaning. When using low-pressure waste boilers to produce saturated steam at 1.3 MPa and 0.35 MPa, graded saturated steam is employed.
Does your company have a saturated pipeline network? We have overheated piping systems here.
The steam pressure level is adjustable, allowing temperature control based on pressure levels.
Personally, I think if there is saturated steam at the same pressure level in the pipeline network, this should be used
There is saturated steam as well as superheated steam. Those with a pressure of 9.8, such as those produced by boilers and used for air separation, can only be saturated
