What references should be used for the design of natural gas gas-liquid separators?
The oil-gas separator, design specifications for oil and gas transportation, and design manuals for oil and gas storage and transportation all include calculations

Those process calculations are far too simplistic; they only provide rough estimates of the equipment dimensions, with no calculations regarding level control or residence time. It is better to refer to the calculation sheets prepared by the respective design institutes (which are often based on actual project experience and are thus more practical)
