NA usually means Not Available on our end
If it is not available, it should be translated as No such item; for example, when asking about a spouse’s occupation, those who are unmarried can fill in NA. As Sai Qi said: Answer all questions; even if the answer should be “None/Not applicable,” please use NA. It means you can’t leave it unanswered.
