Why are the speeds for “rating” and “read” so slow?

I browse Haichuan – the speed for opening web pages and downloading is fine. However, when I click on ratings and marked items, the speed is very slow; it often takes half a day before there’s any response. It’s really frustrating. What’s going on, and is there a solution?
Clear the COOKIES. It’s also better to use IE6, 7, or the 360 browser to access it

I’m the same; I’ve tried the boss’s method as well, but it doesn’t seem to make much of a difference.
