Analysis of cracks in condenser heads

During the polysilicon production process, it is common for the condensers to develop cracks in their end caps after a short period of use. The reason for this has never been clear; experienced colleagues, please share your insights on this issue
Try to see if it’s this issue – what type of fluid is used on the side of the head. I know that the polysilicon processing equipment must not come into contact with water before it starts operating; any water present must be removed first before the fluid can be introduced, otherwise stress cracks are likely to appear in the head.
