What is the cost-performance ratio of the Yokogawa CS3000 system and the Honeywell PKS C300 system?

Yokogawa is cheap, but its performance still can’t compare to that of American products. These days, most Japanese products engage in blind expansion; many of them look good but are of poor quality.
