The masters asked what exactly the liquid seal buffer tank on the drainage pipeline of the vaporization furnace does. I would also like to ask about the structure of the boiler and deaerator after the transformation.
The liquid-sealed buffer tank is purely necessary for discharging quench water during furnace heating, cooling, startup, and shutdown.
Reply to 2# GSP: So what’s the use of it? Just connect a pipe directly – can’t a buffer tank be used instead?
