A method for pumping out converter catalysts

As a hot-bottom conversion furnace, the catalyst can only be removed from the top, but this requires a lot of physical effort. What methods have those working in this field come up with? Do companies that specialize in catalyst loading have better methods or tools? Discussion is welcome; it’s better to provide pictures!
When replacing our synthetic catalyst, if the internal components are not lifted, we use a suction method.

There is no other method besides suction. The method of suction should be determined by the current structure of the converter.
