There are small explosion-proof zones within the workshop; I’m not sure whether the lighting in these explosion-proof zones can share the same wiring circuit as the lighting in regular areas. Are there any regulatory requirements regarding this?
The power supplies are all in non-explosion-proof areas; if different circuits are used, where will the power come from for the explosion-proof areas?
It’s my fault for not explaining myself clearly – the lighting in the workshop definitely comes from the lighting distribution box. What I mean is: could a separate circuit coming from that lighting box supply both the explosion-proof area and the regular area simultaneously?
It can supply two areas simultaneously. Just need to give more thought to the cables. . Moreover, the current in each single-phase lighting branch circuit should not exceed 16A, and the number of light sources connected should not exceed 25.
I think there’s no problem when powering them simultaneously, but the voltage should be at a high level; the power supply specifications need to meet explosion-proof standards

For lighting equipment in explosion-proof areas, as long as it has explosion-proof capabilities, it will suffice. As for whether it can be used in the same circuit (with non-explosion-proof area lighting), it depends on whether the explosion-proof area has any special requirements regarding lighting. If a lighting failure in another area affects the proper operation of the explosion-proof area, thereby posing a risk to human safety or equipment safety or increasing the likelihood of fire, it is not permissible to use the same power supply circuit; instead, DC emergency lighting must be available.
