How to improve spoken language skills?

Communicate more, and also need to be interested in English.

Listen more, read more, speak more. Listen more: Watch English movies, listen to English songs ； Read more: Read more original English articles ； Do more: Participate in more English corner activities and communicate more with foreigners.
Open your mouth and speak loudly.
Go work for a foreign company; there you’ll have more opportunities to speak. I share the same problem as you, so I’m planning to find a job at a foreign company for a while these days. Hehe
