In the FDFCC-3 process, if the properties of the feed oil remain unchanged but the bed temperature drops, yet the reaction temperature is increased along with the amount of oil reprocessed, the bed temperature still remains low. What could be the reason? And ways to change the status quo?

This process involves the reprocessing of some light gasoline, and it requires more heat than conventional processes, which leads to a decrease in the temperature of the bed. Adjust the raw material preheating temperature to maintain the bed temperature ； Adjust the size of re-refining and re-refining slurry to adjust the coke formation load ； Adjust the flow rate of reprocessed gasoline based on its olefin content. Additionally, the regenerator temperature can be adjusted by modifying the steam generation rate of the heat extraction unit.
