After cleaning and polishing, bubbles of alkali always appear during welding, and the welds do not hold. Does Haiyou have any good solutions? , , -
Is it possible, after polishing it, to seal it off with a nickel plate made of the same material and weld the area around that nickel plate?
1. Apply a patch, while the vehicle is parked, 2. I can only use plugs; it seems there’s no better solution. The plastic-steel putty used to seal leaks doesn’t work well over time either
Wash it with hydrochloric acid and then rinse with water, and it can be welded
Is it possible that atoms penetrate, with caustic soda seeping into the nickel pipes, which then causes bubbling to occur when welding is heated? !

Could we make the hole a bit bigger, so that we can create a vent or something like that?
The solution adopted is as follows: 1. Eliminate leaks from the card holder; use a high-temperature and corrosion-resistant plastic gasket to prevent blockages in the middle; 2. Repair welding using TIG welding: The pipeline must be cleaned and purged, the weld area thoroughly ground, cleaned with acid (hydrochloric acid) or acetone, and then rinsed with clean water before being dried. The diameter of the nickel wire should not be too large; the flow rate of argon gas must be stable, and the weld area should be protected from wind.
