Issues regarding flowmeter selection, operating conditions, and standard conditions

We have an industrial customer with a pressure setting of 2 kilograms before regulation. 1 kilogram after voltage adjustment. The flow meter is installed after the pressure regulator; both the pressure regulator and the flow meter have a diameter of DN25, and their length is approximately 4 meters. The pipe diameter before and after these 4 meters is DN50. From 160 meters at the DN50 section to the back of the workshop, air distribution is carried out after secondary pressure regulation. These 4 meters are equipped with filters, pressure regulators, and flow meters. Gas consumption per hour at the rear is 140. Could this DN25 pipe section become a bottleneck for gas supply?
A DN25 pipeline is more than sufficient to meet the gas supply requirements. Since the hourly gas consumption is low, the size of the pressure regulator and flow meter required is also small; therefore, during installation, it was changed from DN50 to DN25 to match the specifications of those devices. This is why the diameter needs to be changed, but it will not affect your gas supply.
