Our unit wants to move to an electronic system for shift handover records to facilitate future reference, but after careful consideration we have identified many issues: 1. How to ensure that shift handover records can be freely modified during the shift, but cannot be altered once they are saved, nor at any other time. 2. How to set a password for the USB port? Any software that can read from the USB except those using the specified password will work. I would appreciate it if everyone could share their suggestions; those who have succeeded in implementing this approach could please explain how they did it. Thank you. Recently, I came across an RTX tool developed by Tencent, similar to QQ – for example, the technical team uses one RTX for communication, while each other team uses its own. After completing the shift handover records, they are sent to the technical team’s RTX, and once sent, they cannot be modified. This software can be used either over a network or on a standalone machine. Good! I’m still looking for something better; does anyone know anything that could be discussed?
