What is the difference between a fixed-bed gas generation furnace for ammonia synthesis and a fixed-bed gasification furnace for ammonia production? Is there any difference in the laying at the furnace bottom?
There is no difference in the furnace bottom construction. There’s no difference at all
We are an old ammonia synthesis plant; originally, there was no methanol synthesis unit. After the installation of the methanol synthesis unit, nothing changed in the gas generation system – only the control of gas composition changed compared to before, with less recovery being carried out.
There’s no difference! Methanol in the co-production of alcohols and ammonia can be regarded as a means for purifying the raw gas used in ammonia synthesis!
