I would like to ask everyone about the reasons why the external heat one-way valve cannot be opened and the solutions to this issue
It’s possible that the catalyst has flowed back and accumulated behind the valve plate of the check valve
The externally heated dead bed and catalyst stack are located behind the check valve plate, and are repeatedly pushed by pressurized air； Our factory uses a medium-pressure air line for purging.
As mentioned on the 3rd floor, whether it is fluidization air or lifting air, during initial operation, non-purified air should be connected first; once the system is functioning properly, that air can then be gradually turned off. Under normal circumstances, the backflow valve on the non-purified air pipeline should be left slightly open to prevent water accumulation.
