As the title suggests, what are the benefits like, and how is the project?

There are indeed many projects, but in recent years, in order to stabilize the team, performance-based bonuses have been rare; the main compensation is the basic salary. If it’s a recent master’s graduate working in design, the salary is 3,000 per month for 15 months. An additional 2,500 per month is added if one becomes a registered chemical engineer, while an additional 1,500 per month is added if they become a registered consultant. I went for an interview this year, so that’s how I know these things. The headquarters is in Hangzhou; I think there are branches in Taizhou, Nanjing, and other places as well.
