Meaning of some options in the input parameters within the specifications of the Aspen Plus model

Under Set up/Specifications/Global settings/Run type, there are several options such as assay data analysis, data regression, flowsheet, properties plus, property analysis, and property estimation. I’m a beginner, and I would like to ask: does \"Run type\" refer to running a model? And what do each of the options below mean?
Run type: This can be understood as the type of operation to be carried out; choosing a different Run type will result in different modules being used by Aspen Plus. Assay data analysis: Analysis of experimental data (I have not used this feature). Data regression: Regression of data, for example, using one’s own experimental data to determine the parameters of models in a database. Flowsheet: The process flow, that is, the options for carrying out simulations. Properties Plus: Physical properties; I think it is similar to Aspen Property, but I have not used this feature either. Property analysis: Analysis of physical properties; I believe its contents could be included within the flowsheet. Property estimation: Estimation of physical properties; for instance, when certain substances are not available in the database or the data available is incomplete, it is possible to estimate these values by entering the molecular formula. Therefore, property estimation should be carried out before running the flowsheet. Please feel free to provide corrections or additional information where anything is incomplete or incorrect.

“assay data analysis: Analysis of laboratory test data. “Assay data analysis” should refer to the analysis of crude oil data.

Some are compatible, while others are not. I usually run the property estimation separately
