I would like to ask if there are any people in this forum who have purchased funds? Is it more advantageous to save in a bank or to invest in funds these days? I would like to know about the investment risks and returns of funds; please reply if available! O(∩_∩)O~
If you have money, buy a house; stock funds aren’t reliable at all.
Funds are categorized into equity funds, bond funds, and money market funds; you should choose one based on your risk tolerance. Money market funds yield only about 2% per year, with zero risk. Bond funds are further divided into regular bonds and aggressive bond funds. The annual yield of ordinary bonds is around -1% to 10%, with almost no risk involved. Annual return on aggressive bonds: -5% to 20%. Equity funds are further divided into aggressive equity funds, standard hybrid equity funds, and conservative hybrid funds. Stock funds carry higher risks and experience greater fluctuations in returns.
