To prevent the catalyst from being resulfided, what levels should the inorganic sulfur and total sulfur at the full low-temperature conversion inlet generally be maintained at? What is the general control level for the water vapor ratio?

Depending on the plant’s process and other factors, the control of hydrogen sulfide at the low-temperature conversion inlet varies; generally, the level at this inlet should be kept above 150 mg. Some units do not have semi-water gas desulfurization, resulting in inlet levels of over 800 mg.
In the production of synthetic ammonia, the overall low-temperature water vapor ratio is generally kept between 0.4 and 0.50. The H2S concentration in semi-water gas is usually controlled at around 80 mg/m3, while a concentration of about 150 mg/m3 at the outlet of the shift gas is sufficient to prevent the catalyst from undergoing desulfurization.
The control of hydrogen sulfide is related to both the gas-to-vapor ratio and the hotspot temperature; generally, the hydrogen sulfide level in semi-water gas is kept between 80--120 mg/m3.
Hello, I would like to ask what is the typical temperature for the desulfurization of catalysts?
The lowest hydrogen sulfide content corresponding to desulfurization at different catalyst temperatures and different water vapor ratios varies; in other words, the catalyst temperature required for different water vapor ratios and different hydrogen sulfide contents is also different. In other words, the temperature of the desulfurization catalyst bed is related to the water vapor ratio and the hydrogen sulfide content.
