It is necessary to observe whether the tilting is more severe when there is cold coking or when there is hot coking, as the reasons for tilting are different. Short-term tilting can generally be corrected, but if it persists for too long, the coking tower may tilt to such an extent that it cannot be restored

Due to the processing of special raw materials in the coking unit, pellets are generated, causing severe shaking of the tower; the distribution of cold coke is uneven, and it is common to observe deviation at the tower opening during drilling. However, under normal operation, the tower appears to return to its normal state when observed visually. In my opinion, the tilting of the coke tower has nothing to do with the water pumps; the pressure at the pump outlet remains constant. Unless special circumstances arise, the amount of water supplied at regular intervals is fixed, and fluctuations in the water supply pressure cannot cause the coke tower to tilt
