There is a high-voltage motor on site with sliding bearings. The manual specifies that L-TSA68 turbine oil should be used for lubrication, but it is not available on site, and it is needed urgently. What kind of oil can be used as a substitute? We have 46 and 32# turbine oils, as well as hydraulic oils with a viscosity grade of 68 or higher. Thank you

Sure! In our factory, we use L-TSA46 turbine oil and L-ISA46 turbine lubricant for compressors throughout both spring and winter. Nothing that wasn’t okay was found either.
This 46# turbine oil should be a suitable substitute. Is your high-pressure motor equipped with forced lubrication? What’s the power rating?
It’s not forced lubrication; it’s an oil bath, with a motor of 1000 KW.

The motor we use has a low speed of 167 rpm. Is 32# hydraulic oil suitable, or is 68# hydraulic oil better?
I suggest using grade 68, as the low rotational speed makes it difficult to form an oil film
