How long did it take everyone to become technicians after working at the grassroots level?
Basically 2.5 years, hehe

Technicians have to stay there for a long time. I work in the ethylene production unit of an ethylene plant – it’s the most complex process in the petrochemical industry. Our technicians are all over 30 years old
