Shenhua Coal-to-Oil vs Zhenhai Refining & Chemical

Please help me think about this. A few days ago, Shenhua came to recruit employees, and our school sent over our employment agreements. Now I’m not sure if they have arrived at Shenhua. However, Zhenhai Refining & Chemical wants me to sign today without the agreements; they said it’s fine to send them by the 30th. What should I do? Our school only provides one copy per person; a replacement will be issued only in May next year. How can I get an agreement? I’m really worried. Please help me – it’s extremely urgent. I’d also like to know about the benefits offered by Shenhua Coal-to-Oil and Zhenhai Refining

The benefits at Zhenhai Refining & Chemical are decent; those with a master’s degree earn around 2500 per month (this was around 2007; I’m not sure if it’s still the same today). Initially, one has to work shifts. The housing fund is quite high, and the benefits are relatively good; daily necessities are often provided. Chen Tonghai, once a key figure at Sinopec, came from Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co. Zhenhai Refining & Chemical is likely among the top three in terms of scale within Sinopec’s system. These are only for your reference.
Shenhua also offers relatively high benefits in the industry; both companies are great!

It depends on which Shenhua branch you go to. I think Zhenhai is a good choice. After all, Shenhua is in the north, and the environment there isn’t good.
It seems that the compensation at Shenhua should be higher, but the natural conditions in the location where Shenhua carries out its coal-to-oil conversion operations aren’t very favorable. It depends on what you prioritize, including your career plans, haha!
Go to Shenhua! With normal operations, you can earn quite a bit! ! ! Among the oil giants, Sinopec offers the worst benefits! But you need to make sure it’s China Shenhua Group,,,
