It’s only now that I realize how enjoyable it can be to take some time out of my busy workday to stroll along the rivers and seas. The work is routine, and there aren’t many technical challenges; it mainly comes down to interpersonal skills and communication and coordination – what a complex field indeed; it’s hard to understand, and it’s frustrating
Haha, when I have free time, I come to Shanghai Chuan to study* and look up information! My knowledge base has expanded a lot. As a newcomer, I need to be humble and keep learning; there’s still a long way to go ahead!
When I first started working, I found it hard to adjust; the relationships between people suddenly became very complex, and it was not easy to talk much.
When you first start working, there’s no need to panic; it’s normal to feel lost from time to time. The key is to stay calm, keep learning and accumulating experience – everyone goes through this process
Looking at the few posts posted by the original poster, it seems like they are really confused. Hehe, there is always an adaptation period when moving from school to the workplace. Just as the instructor said during our training sessions: Good, very good, excellent – it gets better and better! I hope the original poster is doing well

It’s natural to feel a bit lost when starting out in the workplace. The most important thing is to recognize the change in one’s role at this stage. I hope the original poster can get over this confusion soon and find a career path that suits them
