Problems with the DI point

Does anyone have a DI-type safety barrier? Please send over the model number; I’ve never worked with such a safety barrier before. For our usual digital signals, we use direct card-based interfaces. Could everyone please tell me how to connect it, and which type would be suitable? It would be best to have pictures along with textual explanations.
MTL is a fairly good safety barrier; it comes with both DI and DO functions. The manufacturer’s catalog provides clear explanations regarding the wiring principles, so the original poster can take a look at it for further study~
Reply 1# shl86125 What is the source of the DI signal score? Electrical signals need to be isolated using relays, with direct connection from the field side. Safety barriers in the form of DI can be used in explosive hazard areas.
If your DI signal is of the Namur type, it is likely necessary to add it. If the system can only accept purely dry nodes, and the DI is a powered output, then relays are also necessary. There are numerous manufacturers of safety barriers for DI points, and they can be found everywhere on the Internet.
