Question: For a project that processes residue to produce asphalt, the plant uses 15 centrifugal pumps with a capacity of 7 KW each and 4 pumps with a capacity of 15 KW each. How much cooling water (non-circulating) is required for these pumps? Is it necessary to have a recycling cycle? (Pipelines are not easy to arrange for circulation use.)
0.5--1.0t/h; the cooling water at the end face of the pump is generally not recycled； The cooling water for the pump bearing housings and pump bases is recycled.
