I have a question regarding the installation of ASPEN; I urgently need expert assistance

I downloaded ASPEN11.1 from the Internet; it could run after installation, but Word would not open, showing the message “Unable to initialize the Visual Basic environment”. Uninstalling and reinstalling it didn’t help either. With no other choice, I uninstalled ASPEN, then tried installing Word again, but it still wouldn’t open. In the end, I had to restore the system. I installed ASPEN again yesterday; I chose only two modules and followed the same steps as before. But after completion, an error was displayed when restarting, and Word would no longer open... I hope someone experienced in this can tell me what the cause is. Is it possible that my computer simply cannot install ASPEN?:( The computer runs on Windows 7.
Installing Aspen on Win7 seems to be quite difficult; you’ll need to figure it out on your own. I used XP for installation, and it took me two days of trying before I finally succeeded. Check the installation instructions available on forums and keep trying – you will eventually succeed

Win7 requires Aspen V7 or a later version to be installed, right?

Switched to the XP system and it’s installed now :):)
The Win7 system can be used to install Aspen 7.2; you can search for it on Baidu, as there are installation videos available online. You just need to follow the steps in those videos to complete the installation
