The company uses vibrating screens for powder screening. Due to high quality requirements, positive pressure ventilation is employed in the screening area, but the dust cannot be removed (the screening area is about 8 square meters). I would like to ask if any of you have any engineering solutions that can help prevent the harm caused by dust to human health.
1. Consider full sealing of the vibrating screen； 2. For dust removal, ensure thorough ventilation in the room; a bag filter can be used for exhaust-based dust removal, offering high efficiency, low costs, and easy installation ； 3. Reduce the frequency and duration of employees’ presence on site.
