Is there a lot of frost on the water separator in front of the gas holder (the unit is derived from compressed condensate recovery during polymerization)? What is usually the situation, and how to solve it?
A lot of frost forms on the water separator in front of the gas holder: 1. This is caused by the presence of liquid monomer. Solution: 1. Provide steam tracing for the gas-water separator used in the polymer feed recovery process. (Multiple drains) 2. Secondary cooler – change cooling medium
There is liquid VCM; considering solutions from this perspective should work
Improper control during VCM recovery led to excessive condensation due to low temperatures in the liquid or gas phase, and this accumulation was not discharged in a timely manner. Treatment: Add coil heating at the bottom and middle-lower parts of the water separator, and carry out timely sewage discharge to prevent water ingress

Does that stuff go straight back to the gas holder? ? ? It’s different from the manufacturing process here.
Upstairs, what the original poster mentioned is not the 70-square-meter Goodrich process
It’s caused by excessive recycling; blowing it with steam will do. In future, be careful to control the amount of material recycled
