I would like to ask those who are familiar with carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex or styrene-butadiene latex production processes: is the manufacturing of these two types of products generally carried out on an intermittent basis or on a continuous basis? Both carboxybutadiene styrene latex and butadiene styrene latex are produced batch by batch, with no continuous production process.
All are produced in batches, with a maximum production volume per reactor of 60 cubic meters
It is generally produced in batches, but if the product is single, continuous operation can be adopted.
Production is carried out in batches; currently, each reactor has a capacity of 65 cubic meters. Our company is currently manufacturing several such reactors and polymerization vessels
