When the total capacity of the oil tank cluster is greater than 20,000 m³ and the number of oil tanks is more than two, a partition dike should be installed in the fire dike, with its top being 0.2–0.3 m lower than the top of the fire dike. The distance between the fire road in the oil tank area and the foot of the fire dike should be no less than 3 m, and the road should be 6 m wide with two lanes.
