What are the common reasons for bearing failure in rod mills? I would appreciate it if experienced colleagues could share their insights :)
The main reasons are as follows: 1. Low pressure of the lubricating oil, high temperature, or issues with the quality of the oil; 2. High temperature of the cooling water; 3. Inappropriate fit between the shaft and the bearing shells; 4. The grinder running idly for extended periods of time
