There’s a problem now. It started having problems less than half a year after I bought it. The manufacturer has been unwilling to come over. . . . . . Depressed. When Tower A is dehydrating, the filter behind it does not discharge water. Tower B is the opposite of Tower A. Tower B is exhausting air under all circumstances, even when the dryer is turned off. Is there a problem with the solenoid valve? Does anyone have any relevant information or instructions? Thank you in advance
Original poster, the principle behind most air dryers produced in China is an alternating passive drying and regeneration system. In the situation you described, unless there’s a problem with the control board, it’s usually the solenoid valve that’s at fault. During the first use, the high amount of impurities and moisture in the medium causes moving parts such as the slide rod of the solenoid valve to get stuck. Check it and clean it or replace it.
Reply to 2# king70868: Does the manufacturer provide warranty support? There are accessories for sale
Reply to 3#: That’s great. It depends on the manufacturer’s reputation for ensuring quality. It’s still okay within the warranty period, but you might have to pay.
Reply to 4# king70868: It wasn’t our factory that ordered the equipment in the first place. It was outsourced to someone else. I have terminated the contract with someone else now. I’m not sure if the manufacturer still accepts orders
OP, equipment manufacturers generally deal with end-users, unless they are unscrupulous manufacturers.
