The production capacity of a carbonization tower is most closely related to its size; naturally, a larger tower has a greater production capacity. Before 1990, bubble columns with a diameter of 2.5 meters were widely used; nowadays, columns with different diameters and 3-meter diameter tray columns are quite common. Some manufacturers also use external cooling towers. I’m not quite sure about the capacity; it’s around 600 tons per day, and it’s a tapered tower.
