Why does urea need to be used for passivation every time the vehicle is driven?
The function of passivation is to form a dense oxide film inside the synthesis tower to prevent equipment corrosion
The mechanism by which stainless steel prevents corrosion: It does not possess inherent corrosion-resistant properties; rather, it forms a dense passivation film on its surface through passivation in order to prevent corrosion by corrosive agents.
A passivation film is formed to slow down the corrosion of the equipment. 316L must be passivated. The newly released Safurex from Stamicarbon also needs to be passivated.
A dense passivation film is formed on the surface through passivation; if the tray has been welded, it must also be cleaned by oxidation with hydrogen peroxide.
