Vapor-phase silica has poor thickening effect and a long curing time

The SG150 type fumed silica produced by our factory recently has, according to customers, the disadvantages of poor thickening effect and longer curing time when used in the production of silicone adhesives. What could be the reasons for this? Which process parameters should be adjusted? Please feel free to share your thoughts; I welcome any advice you have! Thank you!
